Wreck diving in Bali Tulamben Indonesia
The body is sore every day not debilitating, just there. I have settled into a good routine and that is going to change next week as I hit the road.

When you are at bus stations and airports the food that you have available is not very nutritious or is over the top with calories, so I need to discipline myself for the next two weeks to get to a real shopping store or local markets to get lots of vegetables and fruits for in between meals. then I need to find ways to get some exercise in. One of the things that I will be doing is speed walking around whatever city I am in, if I push hard for a hour that should keep the metabolism up and keep the calorie burn going. That and keep up the water drinking.

I will be going to Bali and I am looking forward to getting there as the warrungs are cheap and they have lots of vegetables on them. Cambodia is not the best place to be if you are trying to eat good unless you just eat from the fruit and vegetable stalls.

Scuba Diving in Bali is going to be a great way to exercise. My friend is coming in from Aspen Colorado to do his divemaster so we will be in the water every day with lots of days seeing 3 dives. Moving through the water slowly doesn't seem like much of a work out, but it is. When ever you dive daily you lose weight if you keep the calories down. My mistake from the past is that when I get out of the water I head straight for the chips and cookies This time I am going to focus on eating good and hopefully I will lose allot of weight in the next 4 weeks.
