here is the bloated cheap charley
I like probbably most everybody else on the road is faced with the choice of paying a lot or eating bad food, so I have been trying to get away from the bad stuff and focus on the good stuff. Now I am not a fitness guru, hardley I am just a guy who is putting pounds on and wants to take pounds off.

To begin with the first thing that I am doing is that I am increasing my water consumption, and avoiding anything that comes from a can. A long time ago I stopped drinking Coke and Pepsi and started drinking soda water, Singha soda water is my favorite, followed by Sweepps and then Everclear or whatever its name is, anywayI stopped that as well.

I was paying .40 USD on average and drinking two or three a day, so what you say! Well that comes out to over $30 a month or $360 a year which is a round trip from Bangkok to Bali for those of you that are counting. At the end of the day what am I out besides a bunch of bubbles? I asked but never got an answer is the sodioum carbonate bad for you? Is it good for you might be the better question?

So now I have a big water dispenser and I am drinking 5 to 6 bottles a day at least, and I am drinking any water that I am offerend in my travels. I am also keeping a bottle of water near my bed at night. An interesting fact I just learned is that late night hunger pangs often are really thrist cravings rather than hunger pangs and can be curred by drinking some water and lo and behold it does seem to be working.
