Our last Night in France.

What a night, we watched television and ate an entire chicken to ourselves. The good thing is we can drink the tap water in France....the bad thing is we might have over done it on the baguettes. No body said living in France is easy. Chocolate Croissants every day.....we are really going to miss France.

You'll be happy to hear we did some site seeing the other day, and actually have some pictures to post for today. We saw The beautiful ocean and the orange baked beauties that lay half naked on the rocky shore or the French Rivera. We attempted to learn the language of love...but some how ended up doing sign language in Spanish and making fun of peoples accents as we walked the busy city streets. (just tell them we are american if we get caught)

It all has been rather amazing, something we will look back at and go "i'm glad we did that" (in old lady voice) Because we are, it seems like we have been gone for a lot longer then we have been, We are learning so much about each other. Our fears and hopes, the

The markets in France are daily
foods we like and the ones that taste good but we shouldn't eat because it doesn't come out the same way as it goes in and it's a really tiny room for such things to occur.

We have adapted well to speaking louder if people don't understand our English and pointing at this with more vigor and politeness. Even showering is a new experience. Kevin the 6'2 fitting in a small 3ft bath tub, with a metal coiled shower head, staying in there for hours just to make sure he doesn't miss a spot.

And even the smells of France, the grocery stores or our room (which we have invested in several air fresheners to keep with us in future travel)

France has treated us with respect and style, from Christmas markets to little bakery's for pastry and coffee in town squares. We will never grow tired of the accordion playing Frenchmen that seem to pop out on now where to add to this very Nice adventure.

Vive l'amour!
I kept pressing the wrong button! This is a very special time you two are having. It is truly blessed in that you have learned how to be present in the moment. Enjoy.

Such lovely photos of your adventures, guys! So glad to see you're enjoying yourselves and experiencing different cultures! Hopefully you're not doing too bad with the 'lost in translation' stuff. "Il n'y a qu'un bonheur dans la vie, c'est d'aimer et d'être aimé."
