Last Day

last day. sad.

even worse - after no sickness the entier time today i spent most of the day in the bathroom! blah! thats what i get for eating street meat i suppose. but kebaps are just too tasty to resist!!

got up this morning and headed to teh grand bazaar. CRAZY. huge place all covered in with stalls selling everything from 50 cent souvenirs to expensive jewellry. managed to buy a few things but there wasnt a whole lot there that caught my eye. plus i don't have much room to carry stuff. and carting it across the world for 24 hrs is nto exactly my idea of fun.

then i spent a few hrs holed up in teh hotel room while my guts called teh shots.

finally feeling a bit better this afternoon and went out to take some last minute pics of life in istanbul. going back to the hotel now to pack up and get to sleep early. my ride is picking me up at 320. yes, 320am. when is air canada goingto start the St. Johns to Istanbul direct flight? haha
