Hello uliedi! xD

On to days 6 and 7, ghax I'm never gonna manage to write all the stuff we've been doing... So little time.

So basically on Day 6, (last Wednesday) wen went up the Sydney Tower, which was nice, but a bit of a joke compared to the CN Tower in Canada (that was great, right Finian?). It was about 260m high. The CN Tower is about 550, and the new Burj Dubai in Dubai (like duh) is something like 900m. But even so, it was pretty, and we saw all the city from waay up high and all that jazz. Also, I decided to take a picture from every single one of the 50-something windows, so I can stitch them into a giant panorama when I get back home. Hopefully that will work out...

After that we went to the famous Sydney Opera House, which is nice and has a lot of stairs, but looks nicer on the pics I think. Was pretty though, even so, lots of white shiny-ness. :D After that we went to play Laser tag, which, for the stone-age living rejects who have never heard of the like, is a game which involves shooting each other with laser guns in order to rake up points. Papa ruled, although he had trouble being subtle. He did beat the crap out of me, however, so maybe I'm doing it wrong. Auntie Simone was actually pretty good too, but it was slightly unnerving to see her running around with all the hair, blue reflections off her glasses, and this rather terrifying, maniacal glee as she filled you with laser burst. Was nice though. 😊

After that it was off to the Sydney Aquarium, which was full of... well, fish. And coral. And some sea anemmemmonies. Anemenies. Anemoenies. Insomma those. The spaghetti-like things that sting you. Fhimtuni. And there were sharks too. And Dugongs, they were sooooo cute. I think I'm going to date a Dugong :P. Anyway, after spending an hour or so observing fish we had a bite to eat and caught the train home.

The next day was a biiig day for moi and le petit frere (Peter). We climbed the Harbour Bridge! All 440 feet (44 storeys) of it! We were basically waltzing along the meta; arch of the structure, which was quite unnerving for the first half hour, but okay after that. After that ultimate amazingness, we went with the mummy and the daddy to eat at a friend's house, where I played Cluedo (and lost) and Singstar (and sucked).

So those were days 6 and 7. Day 8 was nothing special, we left from Sydney and arrived in Melbourne, then did the whole settling in routine; so I'll strat the next journal from day 9.

See ya!
James
