Today we drove up to the Blue Mountains, which are actually quite green from close up, but apparently have a blueish hue when observed from far-off... Whatever.

I can't seem to upload pics from this stone age artifact, so you'll have to do with my commentary for now... :/

Anyway, Blue Mountains. Ok so first we went to the house of some Norman Lindsey guy, who, apparently, was an artist (and he wrote a few books for good measure). He was also a PERV. I mean honestly, *everything* was naked. Dirty old man... But anyway, besides that they were actually quite nice. If you could actually see anything in between all the mammary glands. He's the guy who wrote "The Magic Pudding," by the way. As if you crared, you freaks, you're all googling his paintings! :P

So after being awed by the house and having a "tour" by this guy who spoke Australian-English so fast it sounded like a power drill, we travelled further North, to Leura. No I didn't name it. It was pretty though, lots of nice little shops and things. So we had a look-see at the shops there, then had a bite (or two) and then went for a nice little walk. A cold walk. As in Oh-My-God-It's-So-Flippin-Cold-My-Eyes-Are-Going-To-Detach-Themselves-From-My-Face-And-Roll-Down-The-Mountainside-To-Warm-Up kind of cold. Very cold, basically. But the view was gorgeous. Really beautiful, now I'll try and upload the pics...

Then, as soon as we defrosted, it was off to Katumba, or something like that anyway. There was a weird rock formation, quite sacred to the Aboriginies apparently, called the Three Sisters, which was basically three big rocky outcrops. Looked interesting. Then we went on this mine-cart like thing (it was really steep, but not very fast, so it was cool). Then we walked around a bit, (ok a LOT) and then we caught the ski-lift back up to the top of the cliff. After that we did another ski-lift thing over this massive canyon and back. Then it was a long car-ride back home... And off to bed. xD

Hope to write soon,
James.
