Hi!
So we are now in Da lat which is great so far we arrived yesterday after a 8 hour bus ride along the winding roads up the mountains! We are staying in a lovely hotel called Dreams although our room is on the top floor and we have to climb up all the stairs every time we are on the same floor as the Jacuzzi!!!! Its outdoors with a view of Da lat which is quite nice in the cold weather! It's not that cold here more like light jumper weather which is a lovely refreshing change!
As soon as you walk into the streets though the Easy Riders come and try to make you book a tour with them, the easy riders are guys on motorbikes that take you around for either day trips or longer periods of time through Vietnam its quite a cool idea but with our big backpacks we aren’t too tempted!
Today we went to see “Crazy House” which is really cool! Haha it really is a crazy construction! We got a bicycle for two which was quite an adventure! It’s possible to spend the night there and all the rooms have different themes like
Bamboo room or Kangaroo room which has a Kangaroo with red lights as eyes! On the way back it was raining quite hard and we looked quite funny on that bicycle trying to make our way through the traffic! Crazy way to leave the crazy house!
Tomorrow we are doing a hike in the countryside so really looking forward to that!!
