So, I would like to write a longer blog here but I'm going to use this one mostly to post my pics from the last few weeks. I'll write another blog soon (maybe even later tonight). Enjoy!

Possibly the best seafood empanada I have ever had. Sorry for the blurriness.

There is actually fools' gold in the sand in this part of the country. The ground and water glitter with golden sparkles. It's quite amazing.

This was on the drive back from La Serena. The ground was red and with the light from the sunset it became amazing shades of purple. The were also 2 observatories in these mountains. This was one of them.

I enjoyed reading your blog. I am heading to Santiago next for Orientation before I head out to Tarapaca. It was nice reading about the experience of someone who is currently there. I wish you continued success!
