Flying Ping Pong Balls

So, we have finally made it to Bangkok and started our travels. I slept most of the flight unlike Rach who ended up watching a number of films to pass the time. The airport was dead easy to navigate, however the traffic was a lot harder. We hit Bangkok in rush hour and it took us 2 hours to make it to Khoa San Rd. Ironically we sat outside the Ministry of Transport for about 30 minutes without moving. Evenyually we jumped off the bus and walked the rest of the way.

Found our Hostel, grabbed some food, all is well.

Today we went to Wat Pho and had a massage (one of the clean type!). Rach had other ideas after getting stroked by a Thai man, we have only been married 4 mths and she is already on the prowl.

Threw it down Bangkok style this afternoon so we grabbed a drink and some more sleep whilst the weather cleared.
