Yesterday I spent the day exploring the Mekong. We took a boat out and island hopped starting with Turtle Island. It was so peaceful and serene. We were told there are thousands of crocs in the Mekong and at one point when we were rowing through the small boat paths I'm sure I saw one, but no one else did, so it may have just been my over active imagination.

Some people are leaving our group this morning, so last night we decided to leave Vietnam with a bang and went to Allez Boo for happy hour. The shooters and cocktails were flowing, and I'm seriously suffering for it now. I only hope I can sleep solidly on our bus to the Cambodian border.

I've enjoyed Vietnam and am happy I've met so many great people in the tour group, but at the same time I wish I had more time to explore on my own. If I had, I definitely wouldn't be leaving Vietnam yet. Nevertheless, I've got butterflies in my stomach from the anticipation of going to Cambodia since I've heard so many great things.
