Marg woke up around 6 am and decided that today was the day that we cleaned the van as there was red dust everywhere, and we needed to do some washing. There is no machines here either so it was by bucket; there is dust even in our clothes.

After cleaning up and had lunch we decided to take the dogs to the beach for a swim and clean at Cable beach. When we got there, there were signs everywhere NO DOGS ALLOWED but on the map it said that there was a dog’s beach past the nudist beach so Warwick asked a local worker where it was. He said it was beyond the rocks so we started to walk got onto the beach and it was about 5kl’s long and there were cars on it so we decided to go back and get the car and drove down the beach. Ewell there was a nudist beach and it went all the way, so about 1/ way along we decided to stop and let the dogs out.

We went for a swim with the dogs. As Marg was in the water she felt something swim by her legs and scared herself so much she nearly got 2 black eyes from running, she doesn’t know what it was. So back in the water we went and did what the locals do. The beach was beautiful with white sands that look like cement, Craig sent sms to Marg and she wrote back “dad’s driving along the beach and we are on a nudist beach” his reply was” you too are sad”

Spent several hours there and got back to the van and Marg got on the net to talk to the Girls on Skype but no video as signal not strong enough. Around 4.30pm and the park Manager came and told us that if we were staying longer than Thursday we had to book as the park was told to close by council as it was the end of season. We rang Port Smith Caravan Park and they had vacancies for Thursday so we booked in.

So another good timing for us
