Today we took a wine tour that we set up through our hotel. The tour included four vineyards and many, many different wines...mostly chardonnays and pinots. We went to
Sanford, our favorite because of the beautiful scenery and outstanding pinots despite the rattlesnake warning signs (I survived). Next up was
Mosby which was an Italian boutique winery that specialized in Italian grape varitals. Then on to
Rusack where we stopped for lunch and lastly to a tasting cellar in Los Olivos which was a very quiet and quaint town. We bought wine at each stop that now relagates us to a trip to the UPS store. It was big news at the wineries that Georgia had just passed a law allowing shipment to our residents.
