It is nice to be settled in our new home and to begin our work. Megan and I have felt like traveling salesman so far! Since departing Los Angeles at 12:30am on the 6th of July, we have not spent more than one night in the same place! Tonight will be our second night in our new home! While in Beijing we spent the night in a new hotel ROOM every night (3 nights). The we spent the night on the train coming to Xinyang. Next we moved into a nice hotel right across the street from where I have taught and lived in the past, however that was also only a one night stay! The next day, Sunday, we moved down the road a couple miles to what will be our home for the next 3 weeks. I will attach pictures in the next couple days. It ain't much, but it is home, and I know they do clean it. I listened to Jack's suggestion and marked the sheets, so I know today they put clean sheets on the bed, and I saw a vacuum cleaner! I never saw one in Beijing.

Thank you so very much for the chance to hear your daily or weekly goings ons. My heart is with you all and it is bringing back such great memories. The thrills, sorrows, rain, smells, joys and friendships. Please keep them coming so that we can relive with you all. How many went this year?
