Chloe and Griff come to Melbourne!

Chloe and Griff arrived in Melbourne on Thursday. They've been staying in the hostel I'm in so we just spent the first few nights that they were here catching up and watching a bit of the tennis. On Friday night, the three of us walked down to the end of the pier, it was later than I've been before so we didn't expect to see any penguins but we saw loads of them! Very cute.

On Saturday night we went out to Vegie Bar in Fitzroy, Cat (a friend I met at the hostel) and I went there last weekend and we loved it so we took Chloe and Griff. A friend Cat made in South America, Isabelle, is in Melbourne this weekend too so she and another girl, Anita, we met in the hostel this week came too. Then on Sunday we went for a browse around the St Kilda market and for a coffee on Acland Street and then Chloe and I went for a walk to Chapel Street (the main shopping Street in Prahran) and did a bit of window shopping. So, I've had a lovely last weekend in Melbourne. I leave on the Oz bus next Saturday.

Thanks. Yeah, Melbourne's been ok! It's getting colder and colder though so Im glad I'm leaving on Sat :-) Bring on the sun!! xx
