Is this real or what?Is this real or what?Is this real or what?

Scene at a job fair in Shenzhen, China.
Ever been to career fairs? What about the ones in China? Many times, we feel that jobs are aplenty. That as long as we continue to change jobs, we will get an ever increasing salary. With our current skills, we are supposed to be paid higher. Fresh graduates have an unlimited expectations on the salary and benefits and have forgotten that they have yet to gain any working experience. Reality hits when you remain unemployed for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or more simply because you find the offer to be too low.

Work first, gain the experience. As long as the salary will not 'KILL' you, gain the valuable experience. The truth is, when you learn to love the job, you do it well. When you do it well, people will notice and give you more responsibilities and trust. Very soon money will follow and even if not within your own company, then your customers or even head hunters may come knocking.

All the best in your search for a job. A website for your consideration: www.jobstreet.com
