It was a bittersweet departure from Richibucto, Mélanie had to say "see you later" to Mame pis Pape.
Even if it was hard, we knew we had the trip of a lifetime right ahead of us!
We had a pretty darn full car and plugged in our first stop - le Rocher Percé - on our handy GPS. Not even an hour into the trip we already saw our first critter, a nice big bull moose! Nigel is always looking for them and finally got to see another one 😊. Pretty soon after we saw a beautiful Doe drinking. At this point we had a feeling that we would see lots of animals on our trip.
When trying to cross the St-Laurence river to get in to Quebec, the GPS tried to get us to take an imaginary Ferrie to Quebec, but we told it where to go. lol.
