Win a fish...Win a fish...Win a fish...

Now how you grab jar with a fish inside, and collect it without smashing it...I do not know and do not think I will try...
Most of my time in Tokyo I did not see the sun, however when I could actually see where I was going I made sure I used this time well.

One day was spent doing laundry, it was really quite ridiculous.
This was where Kelvin and I had a miniscule domestic over a domestic. It was really quite pathetic.

Two washing machines. One, lights and colours, the other darks and jeans. The dark one was really full and they were not exactly the biggest of washing machines, so I suggested Kelvin to take out one of his many pairs of jeans.
His view however was that not all of those items were jeans, one item was a pair of shorts. Yes, they were shorter in length, but still made of denim and taking up too much room and therefore causing all the clothes to not wash as well. I did not want this.
This tiny argument lasted approximately 3 minutes, until we came to an agreement to put those short jeans into the other washing machine.
Anyway, after doing two loads of washing, we hung everything out to dry on the roof. It was not the best of days
Monopoly...Monopoly...Monopoly...

Oh yes..Monoporii!! I decided not to play it with anyone though...I would rather not make enemies whilst travelling from me throwing the board on the floor...
to dry clothes anyway, so we left it for some while, only to return to the entire washing line on the floor, having been blown over by the wind...with everything still very wet! After a few more attempts at drying our clothes on the roof still, we moved everything into the dormitory to let the air conditioning dry it.

That was one thing that the aircon was good for, drying clothes and shoes when it had been raining heaps. Although...I now hate that airconditioning for making me ill and losing my voice! My bed was the top bunk, right under the air conditioning system...yes it was nice and cool, but eventually made me ill and not being able to speak! It was like my University photography trip to Berlin all over again! I really do not like not being able to speak...

Another day we decided to explore this Tokyo Toy festival. They have Sylvanian Families here...I was so happy! The memories of me being 5 years old again in Toys R Us...deciding on what new item I wanted for my house...

The last day in Tokyo was of course spent shopping, in Harajuku. (Harajuku
Japanese style...Japanese style...Japanese style...

The food and surroundings are even Japanese...oh how I wanted to play...
last year - And she's off again...)
I suggested to Kelvin for us to split up that day...as I knew I would spend a long time in every shop. Meeting again in the evening, I was greeted by a bagless Kelvin...he had bought nothing! I will not say how many bags I was carrying...

Watch tv, cool down with the aircon, but do not expect a man to let you step inside the carriage before himself...also they have women only carriages to get away from sleazy Japanese businessmen...
