Well, we are getting ready for our next trip in the
Bothan Taistil. Florida is our destination for two months.
Pipestem,West Virginia will be our first stop, hopefully for a hike and some sighting. On to Charlotte, NC, for a few days with Bob's daughter, Heather and her husband, Pete, but especially Bob's grandson, Helm! We are spending a few days in Savannah, GA., and then on to Jacksonville, FL. We have learned of a bike trail there and hope to take advantage of it. We will be camping at Florida’s State Parks along the way
Vero Beach, FL is our next destination, to see Kelly’s brother, Jim and Jean. We haven't seen the Kelly’s since the spring so this should be pleasant.
On we go to the Everglades, Key West, the gulf coast, and the Panhandle. We will be spending our time stopping at the best beaches in the USA. Look for these on future updates visit
Dr Beach We have heard a lot about the Natchez Trace Trail beginning in Mississippi and ending in Tennessee and back home by the first of March.
Several folks have asked about the Bothan, (Gaelic/Irish meaning
cottage for travel). It is a
Mercedes Benz Sprinter, diesel and gets about 20 to 22 miles per gallon.
It is fully self-contained home made camper RV, with stove, frig, toilet, hot water shower, bunk beds, generator, heater and air-conditioner. The holding tank is 42 gallons of fresh water and 40 of waste.

Wonderful idea
Your travel blog is an excellent idea. I, for one, will monitor it, if I learn how, and share your progress with Carol. Happy sailing and best 2005 wishes to two brave lovers of the outdoors. Blessings, Ettore - Ettore
