Hey folks... I'm still on my travels...

Just back from a well deserved break (heehee!) Spent the last 2 weeks in Bali with mum and dad. I'm now fully fed and watered and packed up with lots of new clothes :o) Ready to take on Australia and find a home and job for the next couple of months!

I'm currently in transit tho... at Singapore airport where they have LOTS of free internet... I've actually spent so long here that this place is begining to feel like home!

Adding up all the time that I spent here waiting for my flight to Bali a couple of weeks ago and since arriving from Bali at about midday today (satruday 26th November) I will have spent a total of about 18 hours mooching about the place waiting for my next flights... only 2 hours to go now before my flight out to Brisbane, Australia!

So I thought that I would write a quick note just to let you know that I'm still alive, and loving this traveling melarky! (and another opportunity to apologise for not updating the blog... again... sorry!)

Singapore airport should be a 'must see/do' on everybody's list of places to visit if you're in this part of the world. It has free internet, chocolate shops that hand out free chocolate (woohoo!), hundreds of very nice (very expensive) shops, a free city tour available, a swimming pool, free movies to watch in the cinema, a hotel, a spa, a gym (yeah,... i could see thru the glass, you didn't really expect me to go in, did you!?), a rooftop sunflower garden (why!? because it's very nice!) and toilets that flush themselves... amazing!

Well, I'm very excited about getting to Oz and starting a job (yeah, well, not really excited about that bit!) but it will be a great opportunity for me to slow down for a bit and get some routine back! It would also be a great opportunity for any of you to come out to this side of the world and visit me!!!

Hope that all is well at home... missing you all lots (also missing the snow!)

Keep in touch!

Big hugs, Clare xxx

P.S. I would love to send some christmas cards from Australia to each and every one of you... so could you please please please get your postal addresses to me ASAP! x
