Our shelter
This did a pretty good job at protecting us from the wind and rain Hi everyone. Here we are on Monday night slowly but surely recouperating from the v8's at Barbagallo over the weekend. Yesterday (Sunday) was definately the most adventurous day we've had so far. We did the responsible thing and caught a cab to the track (which is kinda in the middle of a forestry area) but apparently Western Australia encourages drink driving. Cabs were not allowed any where near the track until 7pm and the last race finished hours before that. We had no choice but to wander which we did and some how ended up over in the corporate area for an officials banquet with an open bar. we had our deck chairs on our shoulders and cooler bags in hands but no one seeemed to mind having us there.
Bit slow going today but were up fairly early anyway. We are at Bunbury tonight so saw some of the southern coast today. Off to Margaret River tomorrow and will stay there for a few days.
Internet is starting to struggle where we are but will keep updating this as much as we can.

You had the right shirt on anyway goody
hehe, you had the right shirt on goody ! that is the same as Brad Hosgood wears to the V8s and he is always there until stumps Hope Fremantle was good. There is a wine tour that leaves from the Margaret River Caravan Park (complete with BBQ lunch) 11am until about 5pm... more laid back than most .. we went with them and they were good. Around $55 per head including lunch. Enjoy. this blog is great for us here at home :o)
