off to Dubai

Had af fantastic day checking out Singapore, so much culture, so much to see and do - the public transport is fantastic, easy to get around.

Today after going for a nice refreshing swim in the hotels pool, I proceded to head to little india, as I got within several streets I started to smell the might fine spicy smells of indian food, little india consists of several streets of shops a temple and a large food area / market - will upload photo's in the next couple of days - but certainly one to add to the list if you've never been and have time to spare.

Next I had a look thru a few malls , much like back home , but much larger, a stronger emphasis on food.

I caught the MRT up to chinatown, proceded to look around and had many offers for taylor made shirts and suits, plan to pickup some stuff soon as the egyptian cloth is much lighter and more confortable in the warmer weather.

do visit the heartlands or singapore if you are still there. diverse culture with local flavours all blended in. just hop onto the mrt and alight at perhaps ang mo kio or tampines or bedok and u would b surprised =)
