Museum at the Ciudad Rodrigo. You could actually play "dress up" in here. Lots of fun with midieval weapons.

Group excursion to Rodrigo City and the Bull Farm.

The City is a quaint little place surrounded by bright green hills and crisp blue skies. I didn't get a lot of information on the history of the town (sorry) but enjoyed the milieu.

The Bull Farm was by far the best excursion that we have had. I'm pretty sure the majority would agree... In fact, they did. We were able to get quite close to some pretty large 2-3year old bulls, females and males. Supposedly the bulls are actually pretty shy and stay away from humans as much as possible. At one point there were about 30 or so bulls maybe 100 feet from us, staring us down. It was pretty intimidating.
Our group had the priviledge of getting into the ring with some baby bulls. They were absolutely adorable! But still startling. Those little guys really have a lot of life and are out to get you! These bulls that our group "faught" were only about 150lbs. Imagine a bull at 1000lbs! No way....

These are the bulls. In this picture, they are about 100ft away from us. The guy told us that they face a certain way because they feel they can run that way. I believe they are facing us.

This lamb was born minutes before we passed it. If you look closely, you can see the umbilical cord wrapped around the mother's leg.. kind-a gross, but still very cute. We like to think we witnessed the first steps!

oh! This was the first little guy that came out. He is not considered "bravado" or brave because he ran away instead of faught. Poor little guy.
