So we headed back to San Fran for our second visit and it was a long old journey down- 6 hours + with the car making some really weird rumbling noises! OIt ws defintely worth it though. There was still so uch for us to explore so we were both relieved to back............. on our first evening we went out for an amazing fish dinner,, right by the water front- lush. We both had shrim and crab cocktail to start and steve had shark for main (another animal to tick off the eaten list!)

Day 2 i am sad to say we had to go and swap our hire car- it was well and truely dead! luckily for us though it was exchanged for a bigger and much cooler golden salon which we are well chuffed about and i have decided to name from now on the 'golden bullet'

the next discovery of the day was the 'better then sliced bread' soup in a roll- yes that is 'in a roll not a bowl' (see photos) pure lunching genius! i had tomato and steve beef chilli- de...lic..ious!

we also headed for the aquarium too on fishermans wharf which was quality. it had all the fish of the sea and a wiced walk through tunnel so it seemed like you were under the sea. All the fish were locally found . Steve's favorite bit was stroking the fish at the end, which was really meant for children.

We finished the evening litening to jazz in a cool little bar by the seafront!

Re: The Amazing Trip!
Just wanted to let you both know how much I'm enjoying your news, never went into a "blog" before so I'm in new territory, hopefully I'm doing the right thing. I'm off to Florida this weekend, will be gone for about a month with Joanne but will keep track of you and your adventure. Stay safe, love always. Bunnie
