Woke up and went to Christ. I was really excited to go. Easy day there and it went really fast. We sang a song that goes,

"1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Pouding fufu near the door.
6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Lunch is ready don't be late."

Makes absolutely no sense and doesn't rhyme, but I love it. Where in America would you hear a song about pounding fufu? It's really cute, especially since they have no idea what they are saying.

I got another package today (thanks Mom!) which was sooo exciting, especially since it wasn't expected.

For lunch I tried banku for the first time. It was awful and it tasted like an Asian delicacy I once had in America. It's kind of like a sticky rice/jello texture with absolutely no taste but a sour aftertaste.

After lunch I went back to WLI Waterfalls with the new group and it was again super beautiful. However, because it was raining this time around we were fortunate enough to see a rainbow running through the waterfall which was breathtaking.

We went to Taste Lodge for Teal's last dinner and it was pretty much like every other restaurant experience I've had in Hohoe. I didn't touch my spaghetti as I finished a bag of Chips Ahoy cookies (yes, a full huge bag) and a box of Cheez It White Cheddars (yes, a full box.) The woman at the restaurant was so happy we where there that she gave us a full bottle of liquor for free. Liquor is the one gift in Hohoe that everyone gives everyone.

After a four hour dinner we went to Malaysia's and had a blast. I played pool the whole night which was really fun...good thing I'm a professional!

Miss you all!

HEY YOU !!!!
Love reading your blogs, sounds like your having a blast. Talked to mom last night, they are planning on coming down for Kennedy's birthday. I guess Abbie has some friends in Des Moines they will see on Friday and then come over. Sounds like we're planning another get together (like we had at your house last summer) this summer. Grandma says Kevin even wants to come. Thinking of you each day. Take care and stay safe. Lots of love to you! Kenny and Laurie
