We went to Christ in the morning where they had a long ceremony for Malissa and Michelle as it was both of their last days at the orphanage. It was really sad. The older kids cried when they realized that they were leaving and not coming back.

I got my first package today (thanks Jean!) and FIVE letters! The cheese popcorn is already gone and the Coke Zero is refrigerating as I write. It was super exciting and a huge spirit lifter as today was a really hard day with everyone leaving. It's really strange how close you get to people when you are surrounded by them litererally 24 hours a day. A new group comes tomorrow morning but we won't be around for them as we will be in Kokrobite.

We said our goodbyes and took the tro-tro to Accra as we will stay the night there. A bunch of people (myself included) got really carsick on the tro-tro ride. When we finally arrived, we found a hotel to stay in and ate supper at Frankie's, the same restaurant we ate at last weekend. I had a vanilla milkshake, a cheeseburger, and hawaiian pizza which was AMAAAZING. It was the first food that REALLY tasted like home.

When we got back to our hotel they yelled at us and told us we had too many people in our room which was ridiculous. There was sleeping space for six and we had three extra people, however, when we checked in this was not an issue. We solved the issue off the record by paying 20 more cedi. I hate that that is how things are handled here.

We kept the AC on 55 degrees and crashed. It feels amazing to have AC when it's not expected!

Keep those letters coming, they're wonderful!

Miss and love you all!

They are so fascinating. Can't wait to shove loaded chips in your face! Keep ordering those 'imported' wines! Any elephant poop yet?
