Bonjour!

Hi everyone!

Just made it to Bangkok, we were a little late but doesn't matter to me! Quickly, just wanna say that my 14h flight went awsome! Everything was perfect! Everything? Not quite, but I'll give you the stories and details later because I have a flight to catch!

Don't know where to start; hard to believe that I just travelled almost 11 000 km in one trip! Anyway, I ate like a pig, and drank quite a bit too, because everything was free! Oh yeah!

Biggest highlight of that flight? Definitly Japan, when we flew over... All the lights... just like candies everywhere... A dream, totally... I was following with the map, you should have seen me... trying to figure out which bunch of lights was which city! I'm speechless... Again!

The most terrifying moment? Landing in Hong Kong... You just feel, to the last second, that you are going to crash in the water... It's really cloudy here, was raining last night (Thursday to Friday night) so the fog and the grey everywhere is not helping...

Not really following on time and days, only know that I skipped one... Left at 1am on the 3rd, and waking up on the 4th... From Vancouver, we have 15h ahead here, in Bangkok!

Oh......... Need to run... Always running, some things don't change... 😉

Give you more details in a couple of hours!

Love you all!

Em

Hi sweetie,
Hi Emilie, I am sooooo happy that you are doing a TravelBlog. It is so great to see you and wow...the flowers in Vancouver...way different than it is here in Quebec! I don't think I'll see our front yard until August... Anyway, it's wonderful to hear your excitement...and I love that you are writing in French and English...I read the French for practice than the English to make sure I understood exactly. Thanks for the time you are taking to do this...it makes us feel like we're not so far away! Birgit gave me her old computer for Josiane so hopefully she will be on line soon and will be able to send you messages. I hope I'll be able to get the computer to her this next week. I love you and am so happy that you are taking this adventure. You will never forget this wonderful experience! Stay safe...kiss kiss, Tina
