Hi! The Lewis' got here on Wednesday right on time! However, getting out of the airport was a major fiasco---no surprise there. But we got back here without any incident and got them settled in to the cramped quarters! They were very exhausted from the trip down not to mention losing 3 hours as well! Brenda managed to bring only 5 pair of shoes and more clothing than I brought for the entire winter! But that is good for her. She usually brings about 13 pairs of shoes for a week's stay.

We really have not done a lot other than take in the sun and surf and enjoy some authentic Mexican food. We ate at the CURVE restaurant here and had their stuffed potatoes---baked potates w/ loads of cheese, butter and shrimp. Fantastic! Later in the early morning, we were treated to some Mexican music from about 2 am until 4 am. We think that from what our painter told us is that there was a wedding celebration. No one could believe it!!

Mike and Jim have gone out kayaking in a 2 man kayak. It has been fun watching them get in, maneuver and then get out of the boat!

Our painter did a great job on our place and is now my newest best friend. Today he stopped by to make sure we were happy with the job and stayed for coffee. We did invite him for breakfast but he already had his.

The last few days we have sampled a LOT of Mexican beer to make sure is it up to our standards. We are not sure yet and have several to go yet to make sure we are satisfied!

We will hate to leave this paradise but all good things must come to an end............

Hi Kath and Mike, I love your place!! Can't wait to see it live and in person next February. The paint job looks great and your previous mosaic projects were awesome. Looking forward to seeing you when you head back to Michigan. Love, Joyce
