Hi

It's all going well here in the Cameron Highlands of Malaysia. We left Singapore and headed up to KL for a few days. KL was good, a bit rougher around the edges than Singapore and even hotter and more humid. We had a look up the KL tower, the 4th highest in the world which gave a great view of the city. At night we headed up the Petronas Towers (the second highest building in the world). It was good round there at night, all the parks were lit up and there was a nice atmosphere.

The next day will not go down as one of Helen's best. Let's just say she wasn't feeling too great with not much left in her tummy by the end of the day! We travelled up to the Cameron Highlands which took 4 hours, 2 of which were on a pretty twisty road up in to the hills.

Today has got better and Helen has not seen any of her food again as yet so that is a bonus! We took a tour round the area which included tea plantations, butterfly farm, yummy strawberries and my favourite, the snake house! This time it was my turn to sh*t myself!!

Tomorrow we hope to head to the East Coast to a paradise island for a bit of r&r then up to Thailand.

Hope you are all well.

Spare a thought!
Hi Helen/Craig, Sounds like your having a pretty good time of it, other than a bad dose of the squits... While you're lounging about on, excuse me, PARADISE ISLAND!! Spare a thought for those poor folks back home, just in final stages of preparing for our 64 mile ultra marathon, the weather forecast for our route.....temperatures -5 with windchill of -15, and snow showers just above the horizontal, so looking forward to that!! Hope your both well, looking forward to hearing how the cocktails tasted! Cheers Team hotrunning Lads
