Well folks, I will be flying off from Heathrow at 10.30am on Tuesday 22nd January. The adventure starts here! (I have to say that I am just a little nervous, but very excited).

It is now time for a new adventure. This time I have decided to raise money for Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes. The plan is to ride 2,500km through the Western Ghats of India, starting in Goa, and ridding through Karnataca, Kerala and Tamal Nardu. We will be steering clear of main roads and using local trails as far as possible and hope to find some unusual off the beaten track places.
