So you may wonder what Cuy is well its Guinny Pig which happens to be a very popular dish here in Peru. So my and a few friends felt it was only right to go and try it out.. We caught a cab to Tipon and stoped where the drive said prepaired the best Cuy. All I can say is I tried it once and never again.. After our meal we went to the Inca site of Tipon which was unreal well you can see for yourself..

Hi Jim- From the pictures and comments it looks like you're having a wonderful time. I guess I better start exercising if I want to visit Machu Picchu. What a hike!! Loved the picture of the Pelton wheel. We are famous all over the world.

Just cause you skype...
Oh James, just cause you skype call me, doesn't mean that I'm going to leave comments on your blog... Oh snap. Look at that. As far as I'm concerned you can have all the CUY that you want. I'll stick to my burrito wagon chimichangas.

Fried Cuy, oh joy!
Nothing like some potatoe and entrails to go with a meal of yummy Cuy. What type of wine did they recommend you drink with that? Save some for me!!!!
