Passageway at Knowth
This is a stone age village with homes and burial chambers very closeby to Newgrange, Ireland Hi Everyone,
Well, I hope that everyone is well. Things are going well over here. Mum and Trevor left last Sunday after spending three months over here. It was so nice having them here and being able to see them whenever I wanted to. I really miss having family and friends I can see regularly. It's the price I pay for being so far away from home.
On their second week here I took them to Ireland. We had such a great time and the week there went very quickly. We took them to the Giant's Causeway, around Derry, to a stone circle and a couple of castle ruins and to Newgrange and Knowth.
As always, it was so nice being in Ireland again. We are spending Christmas there this year and then taking the boat to Scotland and driving down to Plymouth. As always the hospitality was amazing and we dreaded having to go. We're back there again on the 21st and are spending Christmas there. All the Christmas shopping is done. And although I'm away from my Australian family I at least get to speak to them on Christmas Day. Can't wait............
I wish you
Gateway at Trim Castle
Finally a doorway high enough so Allen doesn't have to stoop to get through.............. all the best for Christmas and hope the New Year brings all of you all that you wish for.
Love Danielle
