a place built on top of a running river!! so coool!
Since I planned to leave this evening, so I didnt go on trips and just decided to stay and go to the market to get some food famous from Sicily...

Woke up late...woke Jen up later....and ended up heading out at 4!!!!
went to the big market in Catania....haa....they really have a similar food market culture to Asians!!!!
Bought lots of food and realise that time is tight..but I still havent tried those local Catanian fooooood!!! So Jen brought me to this Cafe and bought them all at once for me!!!...one of the was this gelato kinda thing, but not exactly ice cream. They have them with bread in the morning in the summer!!!! haaaa...Delicious!!!!!!

After the fun times....Rushed back to the house, grabbed my backpack and headed out........by the time i got to the local bus station, I was already late for the bus at the train station!!!!! ><"
Was gonna check out if there is a later train/bus...but then...it started to rain and I realised....I left my jacket at their place!!!!!!!!...well, so freakin tired at that point I just decided to spend another night....haaaaaa!!

Hmm Names Corrections
Well Most Famous Guy: Vincenzo Bellini ( the new catania airport is named after him, as well as the city opera house, city park, his house museum, and lots of other statues of him... yep most famous guy) Gelato thingy: Granita, if you find it outside of sicily it's fake! Hostel/Restaurant: Agora, Yep that little bit of river does run underneath the built up surface, lavastone paved streets of historical Catania. It is the same water that sprouts out of the fountain at the corner of the duomo square (the start of the traditional fish market)
