ALright.. Jen and I just arrived in phuket today after what was supposed to be a 14hour bus ride. Which in asia tends to mean 18hours. So we were tired. I'll start a couple days back.

We spend a couple days in BKK hanging out with this american/malay/burmiese guy named alex and eventualy his buddy dan. It was good haha, alex and I got on really well as we just walked around BKK and the weekend market laughin at each other; him at my "eh's" and me at him well.. for being an american/malay/burmiese guy. Yup there was plenty of laughs. Then his buddy dan showed up who over the last two months he'd been through japan and china with. Dan was a pretty cool cat, he decided that he didnt like shoes and spent everyminute of every-day walking around bare foot, no matter where we went. Alex then bought a farely large bongo drum at the market and dan then led us around BKK and MBK(a 7 story shopping mall that dwarfes metro-town) playing his drum barefoot. We got alot of funny looks haha. Not something I'd do every-day believe me, but deffinately a good time.

Anyways, we got here, the surf sucks, the beach is not as nice as any other thai beach i've ever been to and it's hella expensive. So... I'm leaving tommorow for Ko tao. I'll keep you posted.
