The flight over went off without a hitch. I must say when I landed in Vienna I was quite relieved to be directed to buses that would take me to Gaming. The entire summer I was under the impression that in order to get to Gaming I had to take a train from the airport and then Gaming was a forty-five minute walk from the train station…with all my luggage. Needless to say, I was a bit concerned, but I figured since so many students had done it in the past I would more than likely survive the arduous journey. However, a few days before leaving the U.S. Johanna cleared up all my confusion. From Gaming to the train station is a forty-five minute walk that you have to make when you travel on the weekends. Vienna is two hours from Gaming and there are buses to take you there. This was good to find out and I was quite thankful knowing that I would have never survived such a walk with my two fifty-pound suitcases and huge backpack.
