As most of you were aware, yes I did loose my suitcase, yes I did spend three days wearing the same pants, jeans and stinky blue top and yes my first three days did suck. I arrived in Nadi on the Thursday and left on the Friday to a beautiful resort south of the main land called Mango Bay Resort. Although a very young place, my sanity has resumed along with my backpack and I am now off to discover the rest of the mainland.
We went on a sunset cruise yesterday, the water looked so calm, clear and warm that I decided to swim back to shore in the dusky afternoon sun. However as I was the insigator of this activity, and the first person to dive off the boat I did actually misjudge the depth of the water and bashed my face on the coral laying beneath! So I have cuts all over my hands and a scabby nose and chin however I am still alive and smiling!
Sick of the tourists, and kids who want to get laid and drunk I am heading east away from the islands. The calling of the islands is great, but I know I need to discover more of this paradise than to what the tourists normally desire. So I am heading off the beaten track, alone, and in my quest for friends and sanity! Just so you know the islands are those tha Celebrity Love Island and Castaway were filmed from so they are magical to say the least however I am sure there are more places with less English which aren't listed in the Lonely Planet Guide!

Exploring deeper waters...
Time to gauge self with situation... really observe self and surroundings and merge... there is a wealth of learning going on which deepens understanding, appreciation and knowledge. Standing back is a real luxury in life to watch "the diversity" reveal itself to you... Love, Peace and Awareness.
