Rarotonga

Spent my 5 days on Rarotonga on the south side in this excellent hostel right next to the beach and a massive Lagoon which was amazing! The reef was far out so you could basically walk across the lagoon to this other island to sunbath. Met some people on the mini bus which took us to the hostel so I had some company whilst there.
I spent most of the time laying on the beach but one of the days we spent treking across the centre of the island which was an excellent walk. We passed 2 couples who had been lost for 3 hours! They were adament we were hading in the wrong direction (we had a map) so they tried to backtrack.......they were rescued at 9pm that night! ha ha ha
The weather wasn't too great whilst there and it rained for most the time :o(
From what I gather the Cook islands would be an excellent place to go chill for a week but any longer I think you would get bored, unless you start visiting the other islands.

I've updated some pics on San Francisco also. Sorry for taking so long on updating the pics its just abit difficult to reduce the images and then upload!
