The Blowhole

No, I'm not taking about my arse!!

This morning we drove to Punakaiki. In Punakaiki there are some rocks called 'The Pancake Rocks' (see the pics and you'll see why). There are also 'Blowholes' which when the tide is at it strongest they blow the water out of the top. It's pretty cool watching water fly out of the random holes and then shower you afterwards.

The views on the way their were really nice too. Also went to a place called 'Truman Beach' which was really nice.

Don't really know what else to say without boring anyone, so please see my great photography below. On our way to Kaikoura tomorrow where we are going on a trip to see Whales in the sea. I can't wait for this it's one of the main reasons I am here. Its quite a long trip there, but its not boring. Its been hilarious so far, Lisa and Helen laugh at anything and Lisa comes out with some real funny one liners...once we start laughing its hard to stop. Although their not so keen on going for a few beers, which I'm not happy about.

When Marlon met Eric!
Luckily Marly was inside and Eric was in the garden! Poor Eric looked shocked as Marly told him exactly what he thought. I've never heard such weird noises before. After Marly had gone home, Eric took revenge and scoffed all Marly's leftovers. Pleased to hear you're all enjoying the trip - it looks amazing. You can always enjoy a few beers Chris when you're putting on the obligatory picture show once you're back home. Love to you all. xx
