I'm here - and alive! What a long day(s) though. got to halifax a little early, so had two hours waiting in the airport trying to stay awake. but meg smith from school was on the first flight so at least i had someoen to chat to for a little whiel. then 5 1/2 hours overnight to heathrow where i managed about an hours sleep. once i got in i managed to get on the tube and get to my hostel near kings cross right away. then i met up with my cousin lori and she took me around to see some sights, we walked forever and now my legs are in revolt. had a good time though, went to a pub for some lunch, then to another pub to watch some 'football' with her friends. All in all a good first day. except its' bloody expensive here... had a pepsi and realized after i paid that it was 4 dollars. yikes - oh well when in london, do as the londoners do? sounds good.
Going to some museums/touristy stuff tomorrow which should be good. but for now its' off to BED i said! i'm gonna sleep for a year..
