Teeth, watersports and a puzzle for you!

Saturday saw an early start as another tour was in order! This time- to Moreton Bay.
I get on the bus, there are three none asian people, myself included. My thoughts included- this weekend is gunna be lonely! Turns out, I was being taken to another coach...full of europeans and a guy who went to bristol uni. Much better!
The tour guide was really cool, he's an injured professional surfer dude! He also once had a tooth growing out of his foot...i saw the scar! Weird! Anyway....

I conquored my breathing equipment scare and donned a rather fetching snorkel to see some fishies in the big blue sea! It was pretty!

I then learned to surf...or tried...It's tiring! Walking to wait deep water carrying a huge surfboard and going against the waves! It was lots of fun though! I caught waves and everything. No standing up though...i got to my knees, then fell! 😊

We did lots of swimming in pretty freshwater lagoons, chilling and a bit of walking to spy some sea turtles!

Today I gave sandboarding a go! Pretty cool stuff! Again, I kept falling over though! Really pretty big sand dunes though! Moreton island is a very pretty island.

Made friends with some cool crazy german guys! It seems im not that bad at speaking german at all! I remember quite a bit from school! It was fun to be around fun people, and a fun guide!

I will leave you with this to think about- this was planted in our minds on the first day, and the answer not told to us til today! (DAMN GERMANS!)....Im not gunna tell you the answer though, unless you ask...anyway here goes...

You are in a desert, it is extremely hot and you are desperate for water. You stumble across a sphinx, a very knowledgeable spinx (she knows everything). She is guarding two paths. She tells you one path will lead you to water, the other will lead you to more miles of dry desert. Despite the spinx's wisdom she lies on one day, and tells the truth on the other.
You can ask the spinx just ONE question...

YAAY! sandboarding is awesome... did you just update your blog twice in as many minutes? Also I know the answer to the sphynx thing, but have forgotten it. I will try to dig it up.
