On our arrival at Coffs Harbour after another four and a half hour journey we finally find some sun and relax by the pool and I cook my favourite dish for the gang - spaghetti bolognaise!!
But I think I spoke too quickly (how unlike me!!!!) as soon enough there was rain in the evening but it didn't last long and the next day was really pleasant, after relaxing again by the pool we thought we must do at least something so we hired some bikes and rode around Coffs.
Only a flying visit through Coffs as we were in a hurry to get to Byron Bay for some sun, sea and surf.................

The trip sounds exciting and having checked Amber's blog it seems you are doing the same journey as she did with Richard. Like you they were also trying to find the sun. They found some good places en route (one the steak capital of Oz) and if you've not already done so you may get some tips from their blog. My honorary godson and his girlfriend are now on a World trip and having spent sometime in Koh Samui are now in Singapore and preparing to go to OZ where they will have a camper van for 3 months.
