A Possum broke into our house last night!!!

I hear a noise..... I check on my daughter..... Nothing......Back to bed.....

I nod off to sleep.... suddenly my husband jumps out of bed..... He heard a noise and goes out to investigate...... What could it be?

A robber??

Ken gets ready to confront the invader (without his glasses on!! not a good idea😊...... Crash Bang..... "come quick" he says.... "A possum"

"A possum"..... A possum running around our house in the middle of the night....

Ken grabs the camera... He uses the flash so he can see.....The possum runs into the girls room, jumps on the bed... lucky our 3 year old is in our bed and not in hers.....

Ken grabs the possum, but it out manoevers him in a quick flip and all he is left with is a handful of fur...... Those tricky possums...... Scared it is looking for an exit....

I open the door and out it runs with a scuttle....

Quiet...... 11pm and we can go back to bed......

And that is the tale of our Midnight invader !

why not build a possum box and put it up a nearby tree. Entice it with a few pieces of cut up apple. feed it every night for three weeks and soon it will be too fat to get in the whole where it entered.

good idea...
good idea.. maybe we can charge tourists to pay to look at it...the roof next door is it's possum box... we think it came in when we had the back door open or thru the girls window which was open about 10cms
