its about 5:30 in the morning on monday here and i cant sleep anymore. my body feels like it is only 7:30pm...its so weird. Plus, i woke up super hungry and wanted dinner, but the only thing i could fine were starbursts that i brought with me from the states.
we got in yesterday at around 5:30pm local time. Then we had to take a bus from the airport in Tel Aviv to the Moshav which is about 30-35minutes up in the hill country. i still have no idea what city or town i am in. I couldnt even guess. The Israeli customs guy asked me where i was studying and i had to admit that i didnt know...he looked at me funny. the plane ride was alight, there were a ton of jewish people on the plane who had to get up out of their seats at sun rise and then also in the afternoon to say their prayers. they would all walk to the back of plane and open their prayer books, or hebrew bibles or something and start reciting. it was kinda cool, i guess. Today we are having orientation and just hanging out. will write more later
