Saying Goodbye to Tara & Calvin

Hello Everybody!

This blog is about our two dear friends, Tara and Calvin....who both left English Village about 2 weeks ago. They are now safe and sound back in Canada (in a little town called REGINA - that rhymes with fun, haha!), enjoying the holidays with their families. Soon they will be looking for jobs, a house, a car, and putting the final touches on their wedding day - which will occur this June! (Wow...sounds exactly like what we'll be doing when we return to the U.S.!)

These pictures are from a few of our last couple of outings with Tara and Calvin. The largest set of pictures are from their E.V. Going-Away Party (with most of the other teachers here) at our local pub, the Double Decker. Here, we all shared in a few good laughs, had some drinks (well, some had more than others...NOTE: Pic of Calvin w/ his eyes rolling back in his head), and gave them a few little presents to send them on their way. We think they particularly enjoyed the sexy lingerie which they ever-so-thoughtfully put on at the pub to give us all a little sneak preview.... 😊

Some of the other pictures include us all having a homemade chili dinner that we made for them at our place, a little shin-dig we had up at their place the weekend before they left, and our last night of shabu-shabu. We will definitely miss our weekly shabu-shabu dinners with them!!

To Tara & Calvin: Thank you both for sharing your time with us here in S. Korea. You are both missed so much already and we hope to see you both really soon in the future! Good luck with everything at home!!
