ready, set....

Last day of work has just past so i am now "ready"... tickets in hand, bags just about packed so "set" and give it a couple more days and i would have 'gone' for a bit of a journey.....

As this is the first entry it is just to see if it works and that people recieve the update before i take off out of the country and there is no turning back!..... My itinerary as it stands begins with...

Bangkok for a few days, then to Cambodia for (hopefully) 2 months (pending the extension of my visa) where i will be mostly volunteering with WildAid, back to Thailand in time for a full moon party, off to Spain for La Tomatina (tomato throwing festival on the 31 August) and there for 2 weeks, in Prague for 4 days then to the UK where my work visa kicks in.... about 6 months later off to Rio de Janeiro for Carnivale where i will have 4 months in total to check out Buenos Aires, Santiago and finally Peru before heading back to Perth via Sydney (to see family!).

Am sure there will be lots of adventure, plenty of experiences and many cultures which to adapt and emerse in... and a few more updates along the way!.... pretty pictures will also be added (that's if i can figure out how to add them!).... keep in touch and give me a heads up if it looks like we may cross paths!

Best wishes for a fun and eventful trip! Appologies for not making your going away party, but I was too busy spewing my guts out at home due to a bad case of the flu! So make sure to stay healthy during your travels (of course the occasional booze related spew is to be expected). :-) Nate - Nate
