Visiting Madame Tussauds world

The most interesting part of today was a visit to Madame Tussauds. The place is quite interesting, but definitely a great place to take the kids, they show a little 3d-ish like movie on a dome roof then lead you through the wax museum followed by a roller coaster type ride through a few London themes. Here are a few pics I took inside.

Guillotine blade
The actual guillotine blade used to behead Marie Antioette, 1793

Capital Punishment (Spain)
Abolished in 1978 but last used on march 2nd 1974. Refined to include a sharp spike to pierce the spinal cord... Hard to believe this ever happened.
