Bolivia to Brazil..... Brazil to Venezuela

I want to travel from Bolivia to Brazil... i don't know the best way

I'm from Chile and i want to make this trip:

Chile to Bolivia (known)
Bolivia to Brazil by the amazon way, the northest of bolivia(unknown)
Brazil to Venezuela by the amazon way, the northest of Brazil(unknown)

Have somebody done some of the last two trips?

Other option is going from Bolivia to Brazil but by the east way.. from Santa Cruz.

I don't know exactly what i will do.

Any advices?
