Hi Aldave,

Well, I have more experience with Peru than Argentina, but have heard some reports on how things are over there in "che"-landia.
Getting a working visa is not something you do in the blink of an eye, you need a year's contract with an existing company, usually full-time, first, and then it is still a long process, 2-4 months. But, South America is not as strict with laws as Europe, so it is easy to find a job and get paid cash in hand, without having a working permit. You just need to leave the border every 3 months to renew your tourist visa, which is usually no problem.
The easiest job to get is to teach English, because they're mad for native speakers. Not having a TEFL certificate is usually not a problem if you're a native speaker. Barjobs.. hmm, I must say I haven't seen many foreigners doing that, it doesn't pay that well here in Peru, not sure about Argentina.

I hope that helps, have fun!

Hello Alex,
I´m from Argentina and I can tell you that it wont be difficult for you to find a job here.
The most common job for young people is telemarketing and as you need to have good english level, lots of foreing people work there. the money is ok and in most of the companies they´ll ask you to work 6 hours a day, 5 days a week.
There are also some institutes of english where you could teach, you just need to be a native speaker. I have a friend from England doing this job so if you want I can ask him for more details.
some good websites for you to search: www.zonajobs.com.ar www.bumeran.com.ar www.laborum.com.ar

write me if you need more help, good luck

Hey mate,

Check out the classifieds section of the English speaking Buenos Aires Herald, it often has jobs for teaching English.
