There are International NGO there helping them. But what about Uganda? This post-war country also have millions of refugees living in camps . They have nothing, they are starving, and none of our international GNO is there! They are all alone with their misery.. The forgotten country... Fortunatly, there is a local GNO from Uganda \"Youth Empowerment Uganda\", that is working in the north of the country, in Gulu district. But they don\'t have much ressources, and not enought people to help them. My friend Lilly from Hungary, has stared working with the GNO and told me about the situation there. She is alone teaching 800 children! There is nothing there at all, no schools, no health care, nothing.Volunteers are needed! There is currently 3 missions going on: - Building a school. They need more class rooms. -teaching the children at school & also doing extra activities with them: sport & music. -teaching the adults too, and sensibilising them about health, nutrition and so on.. Other missions can be started too, depending on your abilities and wishes. You can come whenever you want, for how long time you want. Of course the best is to spend at least 3 months to really get involved in the project. But any help is welcome anyway. I\'m going myself for a month this summer as I can\'t stay longer. The GNO provides you accomodation and food for 150$ per month. You don\'t have to pay anything else than that, the GNO doesn\'t charge anything. For further informations if you are interested, feel free to contact me. Hope you\'ll be numerous to join us!
