How best to travel from Santiago de Chile to Vina del Mar?

Hello!
I'm going to attend a student exchange program in Vina del Mar in July. My plane lands in Santiago de Chile. Does anybody know how I can come from Santiago to Vina del Mar? Are there any buses or trains or other transportation options?

As that is your unknown place I will suggest you to avail any cab service rather to public transport.
