Mexico City to Bogota; then Quito; travel info please.

I am thinking of spending 3 days in Mexico City and surrounds.

Then out to Cancun for 3 days. Inc Chichen Itza. Would 1 day be enough there?

What else in Mexico is worth seeing?

Then busing down to Panama City, and from there I think I have to fly to Bogota.

Is there anything worth seeing along the way?

Can I bus to Quito from Bogota?
